Ladies,
Our Texas Ladies Retreat will be quickly approaching and I want to personally invite you to attend on June 26 th -28 th , 2023. This year the retreat is for RMAI Members, Rhema Alumni and is also open to all the ladies from your church, and be sure to also invite a friend. Our meetings will begin Monday, June 26 th at 7:00 p.m. and we will end with our Tuesday evening June 27 th meeting. Wednesday morning we will not be having a scheduled meeting, but we encourage everyone to fellowship before traveling back home.

The location for our meeting this year will be in San Antonio at the Hilton San Antonio Hill
Country, 9800 Westover Hills Blvd San Antonio, Texas 78251. Hotel rate for Double Queen
rooms are $149.00 per night, King rooms $139.00 per night. Hotel phone number to make your

The registration fee for this event is $55.00 per person (NON-REFUNDABLE) the registration
fee includes your catered Monday evening dinner and your Tuesday afternoon lunch.
Ladies, please make your checks payable to The Word Fellowship Church for your non-
refundable registration fee of $55.00 per person. You can mail your registration fee to P.O. Box
201 Kenedy, Texas 78119 or you can go to our church page www.wordfellowship.org to
register and pay online. Go to donate online and follow the promptings. Please select
“Registration Texas Ladies Retreat.” In the description box please add the name(s) of the
attendee(s) you are registering. REGISTRATION; HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE IS
JUNE 2 nd , 2023.
